The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) program is a federal initiative managed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to support small businesses owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans. A certified SDVOSB must be at least 51% owned by one or more service-disabled veterans, with the veteran managing daily operations and long-term decisions.

TekH Partners operates as an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business joint venture. For government agencies this expedites procurement through SDVOSB set-aside and sole-source awards (up to $4.5 million for services), fulfills federal mandates to support veteran-owned firms, and delivers a partner with proven mission-critical experience.

The SBA 8(a) Business Development Program assists small, disadvantaged businesses in gaining a foothold in government contracting. Participants must be owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, meet size standards, and demonstrate potential for success. Once certified, participants can compete for 8(a) set-aside and sole-source contracts.

TekH Partners was formed under the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program and is eligible for 8(a) awards. Working with TekH allows agencies to streamline procurement through 8(a) sole-source awards (up to $4.5 million for services), meet federal small business goals, and access integrated clinical, environmental, and technology expertise from a single partner.
